I. Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for the coordination and arrangement of the general manager's work and itinerary, including meetings, business trips, business negotiations, etc.

I. Job Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis: Responsible for conducting research on the big health market, analyzing industry trends, competitive landscapes and customer demands, identifying market opportunities and risks, and proposing differentiated competitive strategies.
2. New Product development planning: Formulate an overall plan for the big health product, including product positioning, product direction, functional design, core selling points, target users, product pricing, etc., and establish a product matrix.
3. New product selection and development: Develop and maintain brand owners, suppliers, research institutions, experts and scholars, etc. of health products, and establish a product resource library.
4. Project Negotiation and Cooperation: Conduct business negotiations with partners, reach cooperation agreements, and lead the advancement and implementation of the projects.

6. After-sales service and product optimization: Follow up and handle various issues after the launch of new products, coordinate internal and external resources, predict and prevent risks, and formulate relevant countermeasures. Ii. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in biotechnology, food science, marketing or related fields.
2. Master knowledge of health supplements or medicine and nutrition, and be familiar with the laws, regulations and market conditions of the big health industry.
3. More than 5 years of experience in the big health industry, proficient in industry operation logic. Those with successful cases of high-end health product development and operation or resources in the big health industry are preferred.
4. At least 3 years of independent team management experience, capable of efficiently coordinating departmental work and leading the team to achieve task goals.
5. Possess acute market insight and innovative thinking, and be skilled at formulating product strategies through data analysis.
6. Possess excellent business negotiation skills and the ability to coordinate internal and external resources for project overall management.
